Built in 1850, the Inn has recently undergone major renovations. All rooms have been tastefully updated with modern conveniences, comfort and style. Each room has a distinct personality, with eclectic decor and original artwork. Our common rooms are comfortable, casual, roomy and homey.

Guests may rent the Inn for up to 14 people. There is a “base rate” for up to six people, and for guests seven through 14 there is an additional charge of $50 per person per night. Brewery Place Inn is open year round and rates vary according to season. There are a total of six bedrooms. There are five bedrooms on the second floor. Three of these bedrooms have queen beds with an on-suite bathroom. The other two second floor bedrooms comprise a two bedroom suite; one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. This two bedroom suite shares an en-suite bathroom. The sixth bedroom is located on the first floor, off of the kitchen. It can be accessed through a door in the kitchen and also has a private outdoor entrance in the back of the house. This room has a queen bed, twin trundle beds and an en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a smart/cable TV. There is free wifi throughout the Inn and ample free parking on the premises.

The number of bedrooms readied and made available for your group will depend on the number of people in your group. For example, if you book for four people/two couples, there will be two bedrooms with en-suites readied and available for you. If you book for four people/four individuals, you will have four bedrooms with en-suites readied and available for you. Some guests have asked if the bedrooms “not in use” during your stay will be used by others and the answer is always NO! When you rent the Inn, it is for you and your group only.
