A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due within two weeks, payable to: Brewery Place Inn, by money order, personal check or bank check. Please put the name of the person holding the reservation and the reservation dates on your money order/check. We can only accept payment from one person (the person who made the reservation). There is a 6% county tax charge and a cleaning fee, which varies based on the number of days of your stay. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please send an email request to do so and a payment link will then be emailed to you. A 3% fee will be added to the cost of your booking if you pay by credit card.

Inn Rental reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Inn Rentals cancelled 29 or fewer days prior to arrival date are nonrefundable.

BREWERY PLACE INN IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY, WITH A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. BOOKINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL ROOMS ARE NOT AN OPTION AT THIS TIME.
