For reservations with a cost of less than $500, the total cost is due at the time of booking. For reservations with a cost of $500 or more, a $500 deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remainder is due within one week of booking date, payable by money order or check. Please put the name of the person holding the reservation and the reservation dates on your money order/check. We can only accept ONE money order/check for Inn rentals. Inn rental guests pay 6% county tax. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please send an email request to do so and a payment link will then be emailed to you. A 3% fee will be added to the cost of your booking if you pay by credit card.

Inn Rental reservations cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Inn Rentals cancelled 14 or fewer days prior to arrival date are nonrefundable.

Peak season (summer, May 26, 2024 – August 30, 2024) Inn rental reservations are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled 59 or fewer days prior to arrival are nonrefundable.

BREWERY PLACE INN IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY, WITH A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. BOOKINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL ROOMS ARE NOT AN OPTION AT THIS TIME.
