RENTAL AGREEMENT:

This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE, ON THE PORCH, IN THE BACKYARD OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. THERE WILL BE A $150 FEE FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY.

House parties, team parties and gatherings of any kind, inside or outside, are not permitted.

Damages, house/property issues and concerns must be reported immediately by phone call, text or email. Maximum occupancy is 14 people.

You will be charged $150 for each additional bed used, over the number of people you booked for. (If you booked for six people, and eight beds were used, you will be charged an additional $300).

An adult must supervise children and teens at all times while in the house or on the property.

TRASH must be bagged before throwing it in outside trash cans. Please do not throw “loose” trash in the outside cans.

Cleats may not be worn in the house.

Camping on the property is not allowed.

I understand and agree to abide by the above rules. If I break any of the rules, I understand all monetary consequences. I also understand that breaking a rule may result in immediate termination of my stay
